March 18, 2017 at the Del Sur kennel club show in Valley Center CA, Borzoi Club of California TSE, judge Pamela Lambie, Opal won Winners Bitch and Best Opposite Sex over 16 bitches for a 4 point major from the Bred-By class. March 19, 2017 at the Del Sur kennel club show, Borzoi Club of California TSE, judge Beverly Capstick, Opal won Reserve Winners Bitch from the Bred-By class. Opal won 2 points April 29 &30, 2017, at the Lake Mathews kennel club shows, judges Anne Katona and Hal Biermann. Opal won her second major July 1, 2017, 3 points at the Burbank kennel club show, judge Gay Dunlap. Opal won 2 points September 9 & 10, 2017, at the Santa Ana shows, judges Donnelle Richards and Del Richards. July 5, 2018, Opal won Select Bitch at the Borzoi Club of California Specialty, for 5 points over specials, judge Pamela Lambie, handler Wendy Merendini.

July 6, 2018, Opal won an Award of Merit at the Borzoi Club of California Specialty, judge James G Reynolds.
